Woodlands Village Hall is situated in the centre of the village of Woodlands, which is located just over a mile from Verwood, and approximately 7 miles from both Ringwood and Wimborne. The hall is of a colour-coated steel construction with a flat roof. It is 3 metres high, 7 metres wide and 17 metres long with windows down each side.
