Weddings at Woodlands Village Hall

Woodlands Village Hall makes a great choice for a low-cost wedding reception in Wimborne. This type of venue offers you maximum flexibility to plan your celebration your own way, however you will most likely have to take care of many of the arrangements youself, including catering.

Woodlands Village Hall is situated in the centre of the village of Woodlands, which is located just over a mile from Verwood, and approximately 7 miles from both Ringwood and Wimborne. The hall is of a colour-coated steel construction with a flat roof. It is 3 metres high, 7 metres wide and 17 metres long with windows down each side. There is a raised stage and a space to set up a skittle alley. Tables and chairs are kept in the hall for use as and when required. The kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and a water heater. Crockery, cutlery and other kitchen utensils are provided for general use. There are separate ladies and gents toilet areas, and also a disabled toilet cubicle. The hall is heated by means of electric radiant heaters. The hall holds an entertainment licence from East Dorset District Council, but is not licensed for the sale of alcohol.
