Unload in the car park carry items approximately 50 metres, up 2 flights of stairs, through 2 door pull doors. This is the easiest way via the nearest outside door to the function room. As the centre is in constant use special care is needed. to contend with vehicles and other centre users. Trolleys are no use due to uneven surfaces and stairs.

Get there EARLY... The best place to park is outside the main entrance which is on a busy main road. Not sure if there is a car park at the back but it would make loading and unloading very inconvenient.

This is quite a large village hall complete with high ceilings and a fully equipped stage area. It has a full wooden floor ideal for dancing and the neutral decor makes this venue very versatile and therefore suitable for any event. Chairs and tables fold away and have a dedicated storage area which allowing the space be used to its full potential. A bar is available and there is very good access for those with mobility problems and wheelchairs. The stage area is raised from the ground and is big enough to have a large band complete with all their equipment. The adjacent car park is quite reasonable in size.
Full venue detailsField Sports and Social Club is a very well used venue due to its flexibility and pricing strategy. Part of a small complex it currently hosts a local sports club with separate changing facilities. Centrally placed in the complex is the members social club and next to that is the function room which is available for hire at very reasonable rates. The function room is big enough to seat at 200 guests easily. It has a large stage area capable of hosting a full band and equipment comfortably. It is raised so that everyone gets a good view, especially when the dedicated stage lights are in use. I imagine the stage could also be used for the top table at a wedding for example. The rest of the function room is very flexible with a neutral colour scheme and plenty of space to play with. It has an area suitable for dancing in front of the stage which can be used for seating instead depending on your event needs. A fully licensed bar is available and is well stocked. The staff are friendly and always very helpful. All things considered you will be under pressure to find a venue quite like this in the central Bradford area. Located just off the ring road and a short drive from the University it is also not too difficult to find. If you're looking for a good sized venue in Bradford which is not draped in glitter and bold colours then this is seriously worth consideration. Here you have a well kept venue, suitable for any occasion with a blank canvas for you to personalise with the usual party extras.

Sitting prominently above the village square it boasts a home cooked menu, a bar featuring hand pulled beverages and staff who are very helpful and friendly. It's a great place have a pub lunch, relax during a countryside walk or sit and read a newspaper over a locally brewed pint. It later transforms into somewhere to have your evening meal or wind down with some good in house entertainment. The venue space is suitable for small to medium sized events and is versatile enough for most needs. As food and drink is available in house, a mobile disco or other entertainment is the only ingredient needed for you and your guests to have the perfect party.
