A function room which is separate from the main dining area in a conservatory means that your guests get to move around the building during the course of the day (always a good thing) with the two rooms separated by a comprehensive bar area.
The conservatory function room can get very hot even in winter - a problem which is exacerbated when the management insist on windows and doors being closed at 10pm to avoid neighbour noise complaints.
