In 2009 Iken Barns officially opened Hardy's Barn - a light and airy function room perfect for celebrations.

Due to the idyllic location of Iken Barns we do not allow any amplified music as the sound really travels across the bay and we don't want to spoil the peacefulness surrounding this area.

Guests can stay in our exceptional self-catering converted barns. We can sleep 30+ on site alone and the site can be hired for weekend and week breaks so why not extend your celebrations?

We are a family oriented club where children are welcome. Dogs also welcome but must be kept on leads. Membership offers discounted drinks . Darts & Free Pool Table. Available to hire for Birthdays, Anniversaries Weddings events.

Ufford Park is the perfect location for your celebration. We have modern air-conditioned function rooms overlooking 120 acres of beautiful Suffolk parkland.

Waldringfields is a picturesque village with a keen sailing community, set on the banks of the tidal River Deben. Home to the beachfront Maybush Inn, Deben Cruises river trips and the sailing club. It lies approx. 7 miles East of Ipswich and 3 miles South of Woodbridge, linked by the A12/A14 for easy access.

This beautiful hall was built in 2001 and has been cleverly designed to provide both independent and adjoining access to both main rooms (Deben Hall and Kennedy Room).
