Nestled in the Chiltern Hills, but on the main Leighton Buzzard road so easy to find. Disabled access and facilities. Plenty of parking. Well equipped kitchen. Ideal for family and children's parties, music and choir practice, indoor sports and leisure pursuits, public and community meetings and as a stop-off point for ramblers & cyclists.

Reasonable hire rate includes electricity, crockery, cutlery, chair and table hire. Our bookings officer will be happy to discuss your needs.

The main hall, 10 x 18m, features sound equipment, loop system, projection screen, piano and block assembly stage. A smaller room, 3 x 4m, seats up to 30 people. It has a counter and bar fittings. Connected to the kitchen it serves as a buffet room.

Kitchen provides double-oven electric cooker, microwave, kettle, urn and tea-crockery.
