This is a 45 capacity room in a modern setting, located in the heart of Burnley near all the nightclubs in case you want to party later. The room comes with a free set playlist and no cleaning fee. Feel free to bring your own DJ's & catering, or we can point you in the right direction with companies to use.

The Inn On The Wharf is a very large period pub in Burnley. With a function room upstairs which can cater for 200 guests with a private bar.

The function room has a separate entrance with toilets situated on the same floor.

There are numerous lights, a disco ball and music system for CD music or a DJ to plug into with a small stage section and a dancefloor.

The pub provides many lovely photo opportunities with exposed wooden beams, original water wheels and a lovely canalside location.<
