Not great
Parking is not great, there is a parking bay, which I used but its double yellows. Staff use it as well nearest parking is a bit of a walk
You can park on the pavement if you want to risk tht , or use the bay - bit of a walk
Setup is at the far end of the hall, but easy to get to, small corner stage not a lot of power points - width available: 2m or less - height clearance: over 4m
Staff were fantastic and easy to get on with, couldnt fault them
Parking is good but can be limited if there are several other suppliers onsite e.g. Caterers etc
Access is through doors next to parking yard. Straight into function area. Again getting access can be a struggle if you arrive after other suppliers.
Stage generally in corner and is made of bales of hay with wooden floor on top. Perfectly stable but acoustically make sure subs go on stone floor.

Carry up external stairs (poorly lit at night) to GF entrance. Tight right to steep narrow stairs. Tight corners to double doors to bar area. Down steps to function area.

Small temporary stage at top of room next to dance floor.
Not the best

Medium temporary stage. Limited height due to low hanging marquee lining.
Usually very accommodating, but don't assume anything.
There is a good sized car park across the main drive and a smaller one beside the venue entrance which you may get parked at if you are lucky. You can pull upto the front door for loading.

Stage in the corner of the room.
No issues
Large car park within the venue grounds
Access via main doors , through 2 sets of doors , across the dance floor and onto the stage. My only issue was guests blocking the doorway while smoking and the tables being close together meaning i couldnt get a trolley through.

The venue is located in a public park and parking is available close by
Access to the function room can be via two routes. The easiest is from the street into a side entrance up stairs, through a bar into the function area. If the bar is being used then equipment has to be brought through the main courtyard and up a narrow spiral staircase.

Set up area is recessed from the room, pillars at the front of the stage area can limit the guests view of the entertainment area. - width available: 3-4m - height clearance: 2-3m
Very helpful and pleasant
There is no onsite parking. The hotel does have a car park but its across the road. Its quite small and if the hotel is busy you might struggle to find a space.
The building is surrounded by double yellow lines. The only option is to unload into the reception area and then move your vehicle. Unloading is at the main entrance through two sets of double doors into the reception towards the stairs to the 1st floor. There is a lift but its very small and it might be just as easy to cary equipment up the stairs. The function room is at the top of the stairs through two double doors with a small foyer in-between
Set up area is against side wall next to dance floor.
Friendly
The Hotel car park is quite small and often full. Parking is limited in the adjacent streets. There are double yellow lines to the front of the hotel where equipment enters.
Equipment has to be unloaded through the front door and into reception. Can be tricky if guests have congregated at the front door. From reception, equipment can be taken up to the first floor in the small lift but you are probably just as well to carry it up the stairs leading to the function room.
Set up along the back wall. A reasonable amount of room depending on the number of guests.
Staff pleasant but not particularly helpful
Parking is very good to the rear of the Hotel and adjacent to the function room entrance. Can be limited if the hotel is busy.
The access for unloading is very good. Equipment can be unloaded from the vehicle straight into the function room. The hotel is lower at the rear so while it is technically in the basement, it still has very easy access.

Staff and Management always helpful
Parking to the rear in Tay Street not too bad.
Would only recommend attempting to unload in Tay Street. The main entrance to the front of the building is usually very busy and its likely you would have to double park. Access from Tay Street not great up several stairs to doors which dont fully open so you have to shimmy through.
Usually best to locate in the corner of the room - width available: 2-3m - height clearance: 3-4m
Privately owned and staff generally very helpful. Owner and his wife often on hand and very approachable.

Friendly and helpful
Be sure to check where it is ok to park with venue manager.
There are several access points none of which allow clear access with a trolly. Pathway to glass door close to function set up area.
Set up area normally in bay window. Low ceiling in this area means light stands may need to be relocated.
No issues
Plenty of on site parking.
Ramps either side of main door. Through 2 single doors to function room on right.
No specific set up area, but narrowish space at the top of the room is sufficient.
No issues
Lots of parking outside the hotel although you may need to unload then park.
Unloading onto a pavement surrounding the function room with a short walk to the side entrance. No steps so equipment can be trolled in.
The dance floor tends to be up against the back wall leaving no option but to set up to the side at an angle. Not perfect but ok
Helpful
Parking space can be limited close to the venue if the conference centre is busy.
Unloading is kerb side and equipment needs to be transported a short distance to the function room. Access to the building is through doors adjacent to the stage.
The stage area is large. Power is well catered for. Room lighting controls are located on the stage. - width available: 4-5m - height clearance: over 4m
Staff are generally helpful, particularly if you make sure thay are informed with your requirements in advance.
