Introduction
We are also on the books of several major entertainments agencies. (This allows us to be hired at high class corporate and military events).
Our disco and karaoke system is built around the size of an event - the number of guests attending and the budget of the client. We have an array of different lighting effects that we can incorporate into any size show - being able to build a totally different lightshow every day of the week! Our sound system is similar - being able to supply different outputs using a choice of bass bins right through to full-range cabinets.
We specialise in weddings, being able to provide a wide range of musical tastes to a wide age range, and integrating requests throughout the day/evening.
Our company vehicle carries backup equipment on board so we can replace failed items there and then. Hopefully this will entice you to book us - we're sure you will not be disappointed!

Offloading out of level ground floor, along corridor through a set of double doors to the stairwell. Up a flight of stairs to function room double doors, function set up area at the far end of the function suite.

Parking on the sideroad from top carpark to bottom carpark, lifting the equipment up onto the path, over 1 step and through two doors into function suite. Very easy

Very good access from access road between front and back carpark, has a sloping pathway. Also access available from front door however there is a bit of a walk to the far end for setting up.

Large set up areas available within the function room. which are dependent on specific room layouts at the time of the event. No staging area, set up direct on the floor

Not the best. Very limited available spaces, all taken up by hotel guests. Prime location in Newquay, therefore always busy/full. Access to unloading area only available to cars or car derived vans. Not suitable for large vans to unload.

Once equipment unloaded moved to fire exit, equipment could be quite easily set up on ground level, or raised area.

Up a small inclined ramp into fire exit door, which steps up into storage area. Through a set of doors into a really good large set up area.

Bad, parking on the road (illegally) up a short pathway to a large flight of triple width steps into the hotel entrance. Through a revolving door system, through a seating area into the function room via a set of double doors. Set up area is to the right of the doors, and can include a temporary stage, no good for discos with a lighting gantry due to low ceiling. Chandelier in the way of lighting rig, large upright post in middle of dance floor obscuring some of the set up area.

Very limited parking.2 to 3 space right outside the venue. If a car parks in the area obstructing where offloading takes place, the road will be blocked. There is also a main entrance, where parking is not allowed

Reasonable, one step up into a doorway, then a 90 degree turn through a fire exit door into function room. Should this be blocked, then entry is via the main entrance, up a few steps, through 2 sets of double doors, The stage area is at the opposite end of the building.

Nice large raised set up area,at one end of the building, carpeted and in very good condition. Plenty of power points and some in house lighting effects - width available: 4-5m - height clearance: 2-3m
