There is private parking for venue if possible try and get near to the double fire exit door for unloading and loading.
In through ramped double exit doors to skittle alley area then on into main function room ... stage area is far side of room so can be a little tricky if people already in.
About 50cm raised stage area which should accommodate most set ups for size of room, they also have some lighting effects set up around the venue.
Standard very nice staff as you would expect club also appeared very clean and tidy.

Set up area in the main bar, room access is fairly easy apart if there are people already in early arrival preferable.
The normal set up area is main bar room but there is a quieter end of the room where pool table is normally set up which is used occasionally, same room different end.

Large free tarmac car park
Easy access from the car park up a short path and through the main reception area which is carpeted. There is a side door but this isnt very practical as it opens up onto a terraced area with a few steps to descend and you have to walk all the way around the side of the building.

Access not to easy, park near a rear exit and access is into a area at foot of a single flight of stairs, get to the top into main function room and set up area is on again to far end of room so could be extra tricky if not set up before party people arrive.

From parking area straight in through 2 doors to High Stage or floor setup depending on amount of people and preference.
There is a large stage at approx 5ft high with steps for access, not used this time as only a small gig so did a floor set up, the stage is large enough to accommodate any good sized unit

This is a hard place to describe, you drive about a mile down a very rough track not normally used by clients as a tractor collects and returns them to there car park at the top of the hill
A 4x4 is almost an essential for this venue as the track is so rough when finally down at the venue quite easy to onload ans setup but you are in a public area and customers are about.
Set up area is in a re-built barn which is the main dining area so no setup before they have eaten and moved tables after that goog flat stone floor - width available: 2-3m - height clearance: 3-4m

Parking is quite difficult in Bath so try and look in advance for car parks near to any venue as on street can be expensive. Normally ok for loading and unloading but still be aware!!!!
Access is certainly not the easiest from any road as it is in a pedestrian area, you can drive into this area for loading but risky early on as a lot of people normally about as having to drive over a pavement for access. Once unloaded my set up area was just inside to left
The pump Room are not very good for acoustics as mainly all stone no stage area just set up in the corner of a very nice historic landmark room, it's like playing in a church.

Unloading & Loading is done under the arch at rear, this can be a bit of a problem as it is only wide enough for one vehicle so be prepared to move, the access to function room 1 is through kitchen so can also be a bit tricky if preparing food.

Access can be a bit tricky as you have to go through main bar areas to get to the marquee set up in the rear garden area. It is fairly flat and level but a couple of steps outside to get into marquee. Very often lots of people milling around.
Area used at side of marquee level and solid ground so no stability problems, a massive set up is not required here a couple of 12" full range is more than enough - width available: 2-3m - height clearance: 2-3m

This is almost a walk in, consul, lights amps & speakers all there so just plug in to mixer, I was doing a Karaoke also so used my mixer set up instead. - width available: 2m or less - height clearance: 2-3m

The main can be divided by a sliding wall and normally quite easy to set there as they open up secondary part of room when ready. There is no stage and just a floor set up.

The function room is a high quality marquee which appears to be a fixture, entry is from the car park which is fairly easy and no steps just inside doors to left hand corner is normal set up area.
Plenty of room for most size set ups, large and small. I have said its a temporary floor because as such a permanent marquee and you do get some bouncing when people dance so be aware any vinyl Djs.

You can get fairly close to main entrance door for loading / unloading but there is no lift to function room, access is via the main stairs also used by people at the same time so care needs to be taken. The stairs are wide and deep tread area consisting of a 3 staged rise through 2 x 90degree turns then at the top on through a corridor to function room. Not the easiest place but nice venue when set up.

The upstairs venue a little on the narrow side with a small area on the right hand aside for food layout and down a couple of steps to the bar area but very adequate for most parties of a older generation style certainly not a rave venue, suitable for about 100 or so but could start to feel cramped and hot on a busy summer night. Generally a nice place almost in the town centre, so very nice groundfloor outside area with some tables and seating available.
