James left a written comment: "The venue was very accommodating, the food was good, although when it came to Tea or Coffee, I was asked if I wanted coffee, but then assumed that if I did not want coffee, then Tea would be offered as an alternative automatically. this was not the case. It also did not help with the venue loosing their General manager, and Front of House , manager in a short space of time whilst things were being worked through and we had to communicate with Three different people over the course of organizing the event and communication broke down at one point. "
